Availability: An Email will be sent out on Friday afternoon to remind you to look at our Current Weekly Availability. During the busy season, this availability is subject to daily updates, please use the most current availability. Contact the office to be added to our distribution list.

Ordering: All orders are subject to availability and prior sale. Order early to ensure your specific needs will be fulfilled. Email office@kingfarminc.com with your orders or when faxing use 978-597-0262 Please put your Company name and Contact cell phone number on all orders. We reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions unless otherwise instructed.

Terms: prices quoted are COD. Net 30 for customers with approved credit. All invoices are due in full within 30 days of delivery. A monthly interest charge of 2% will be added after 30 days. Returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 fee.

Delivery: Due to increased transportation costs all orders placed for delivery on grower truck will be assessed a delivery charge of $100.00. Minimum order of $3,500.00 is required for delivery during peak shipping periods, from Mother’s Day to Memorial Day. Additional Minimums for deliveries outside a two-hour radius from our facility. Customers are encouraged to come and pick out and up their plants.

Sales Tax:  Massachusetts sales tax will be charged unless we have a signed resale or exempt certificate containing your Federal ID Number or Social Security Number on file.

We accept Visa & Master Card you will be assessed a 3% usage fee.
